Apostle Marcia E. Rhoe, a native of Kinston, N.C., has been pastoring Destiny Ministries since 1998, serving in team ministry with her husband, Apostle Frederick Rhoe.
Her heart is to invest God’s love into a corporate family, teaching them how to take care of the family business— the Kingdom of God. Her passion is to build and empower God’s people, develop Kingdom ambassadors, and present our King in every facet of life.
