 Author Bio

Dr. Mary Ann Shealy Langston is a lifelong resident of Goldsboro, North Carolina. She has been married to her childhood sweetheart, James (Jimmy) Langston, Jr., for fifty-seven years. They are the proud parents of three children, five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Dr. Langston is an Associate Minister and Secretary at The House of Prayer, Dudley, North Carolina. She is also a Registered Nurse, working as a full-time caregiver. Dr. Langston received her Associate Degree in Nursing from Wayne Community College, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Carolina University, and her Bachelor of Arts, Master of Theology, and Doctor of Theology degrees from Bible Faith Global University. She is a licensed and ordained Minister in the International Association of Ministers and is certified to teach theological Bible courses internationally.
She is also a member of the National Nurses Association and the North Carolina Nurses Association. Dr. Langston has received many awards, including the Nurse of the Year and the Spirit of Excellence Award. Dr. Langston was the Valedictorian of her class. Dr. Langston is a firm believer that, as expressed in some of her signature messages, waiting on Jesus is Worth the Wait, that It Matters How You Finish Your Course, that
There Is Power in the Crumbs (That Come from Jesus), and that her God—The God of the Bible—is also God in the Valley!
Dr. Mary Langston believes that we must prepare to meet our Maker because He is without any doubt going to return for us! Remember, everything He did was for the fulfillment of His Father’s will, the redemption of mankind, and for the sake of the Church!
